Order processing:

How long will it take for my orders to be processed and shipped?

Your orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after you placed your orders. As for shipping, the products are all pre-order so it will take 2-3 weeks before we can ship out your orders. Thank you for being patient and understanding! 

Arrival of parcels: 

All parcels have tracking codes. Due to pandemic, your parcels may arrive 2-3 months after we have them shipped out.
